Argh..Celtics lose on a foul 2007/12/20 02:56 Karma: 0
Ouch! Celtics lose with Billups on the free throw line due to a Tony Allen foul. Painful. It's not so much that the Celtics lose a game, but NOT to Detroit in the Garden.
    Argh.

What an incredibly tough loss to the Pistons. Now you have to ask yourself what went wrong with that game? When it had looked like Detroit had wrapped the game away Boston battled back only to end by a foul with .1 seconds left. A truly heart felt loss and the first at home. My only concerns are against high-quality teams. The third easiest schedule in the NBA will not help gain respect, but it is absolutely amazing that they are 20-3.

I was at the game last night, not to far from the infamous free throws. I guess Doc Rivers is probably being scrutinized for allowing Tony Allen to come in late and cause the foul.
Either way, the C's will bounce back. I just think that it was a big loss in the sense that the C's are trying to establish themselves as the Eastern power and losing at home doesn't build the case.
See them both in the playoffs for sure.
